About Jane
Which Jane does the name mean?
Jane refers to Jane Doe from Zenless Zone Zero, rather than an unrelated character with the same first name. HoYoverse’s official directory lists Jane Doe with the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team. The shorter name is used on this wiki’s character cards.
Recognizing Jane’s classic look
In the chibi illustration here, look for dark hair, rounded animal ears, bright green eyes and a long tail. She is visually distinct from Miyabi, with pointed ears, and Ellen, with a maid-inspired black-and-white outfit. All three are grouped in the Zenless Zone Zero collection.
Game identity and fan history
Official game references establish who Jane Doe is. They do not establish who first made a particular chibi drawing or animation. This article still needs a verified creator for the version shown here, so no first-creator credit or debut date is assigned.
