Fibi Chubi

Is Fibi Chubi the same as Phoebe?

Fibi Chubi is the fan chibi interpretation of Phoebe from Wuthering Waves. Kuro Games introduced the playable Phoebe in its Version 2.1 notes, describing her as an acolyte of the Order of the Deep. The tiny proportions, squeaky delivery and everyday comedy belong to the fan interpretation; the game notes are a source for Phoebe, not a first appearance of the meme.

Why so many names?

This wiki groups Fibi Chubi, Fibi Chupi, Phoebe Chupi and Phoebe Chubi on one page. They are useful spellings when looking for the same little blonde character. Her classic illustration has a white hat, large purple eyes and a blue-and-white outfit. A different costume alone does not make her a different chibi.

Clips, creators and costumes

Start with @kimi.ga.kawaii and the Fibi creator directory. Follow each clip to its original post for the creator’s caption and credit. The earliest Fibi upload is still unverified, so this wiki does not name a single inventor or an exact origin date.

The outfit collection here includes a classic look, Sailor, Witch, Bunny, Dino, Shark and food-themed costumes. These are the looks catalogued by Chibi Wiki and Otomates, rather than a list of official Wuthering Waves skins. Compare her with Nuo Nuo and Chisa, two familiar faces in the same corner of the fandom.
